80年代初頭に登場し、瞬く間にサッカースタジアムのテラス席の定番となったアーカイブモデル”パレルモ”から、パレルモ スペシャルスニーカーが登場。
“パレルモ”は、イタリア・シチリア島北西部の地名である「Palermo」が由来で、1980年代のテラススタイルを代表する名作モデルです。もともとロンドンやオスロなど、ヨーロッパの有名な首都にオマージュを捧げた「プーマ」の特別なシューズの1つとして登場し、当時、サッカースタジアムに集う観衆の定番モデルとなっていました。今モデルもオリジナル同様に、ヒールのプーマキャットロゴ、ゴールドのシグネチャータグ、つま先のT字型構造、そしてクラシックなガムソールを備えています。
